DALI says „Digital Addressable Lighting Interface“
- The standard for controllable lighting systems
BAG electronics has as a renowned manufacturer of electronic ballasts and a founding member of the AG DALI worked out to develop a standard for lighting control, which creates more convenience and flexibility for lighting systems while reducing system costs.
The functionality of DALI ballasts is far superior from analog (1-10 V) controlled ballasts. DALI ballast can be controlled individually, despite parallel wiring (on and off directly without additional relays and be summarized in groups and scenes DALI ballasts offer the possibility of a response to the query from the operating lamps and ballasts.
Important product features of BAG electronics DALI EVG
The DALI standard has been fixed in the IEC 60929 (E), thus enabling the simultaneous operation of devices from different manufacturers in one lighting system.
DALI, originally as a 'stand alone designed' or isolated application could now integrated via gateways to other building management systems. (EIB, LON, etc.)
Basis for the DALI ballast was for many years and proven very reliable technology of the analog devices which has been integrated in the DALI technology.
Also realized was a 100% compatibility and compliance with the DALI standard IEC 60929 (E).
BAG electronics DALI ballasts are regularly tested to a compatibility test for several hours where is considered the standard compliance with all levels and command sequences.
