Training at BAG

Education is a high priority at BAG, since it represents an indispensable investment in our future. We prepare the trainees optimally for later responsibilities in our company.

All trainees have the opportunity to learn well-founded specialist knowledge and gain valuable practical experience in various departments of the company. Training includes in-house instruction, internal and external seminars, practice-oriented projects and targeted preparation for tests.

Anyone who wants to learn at BAG, must be a good fit for us. We are looking for young people who are excited about their profession. We expect commitment and creativity. Please consult the respective job description to find out the specific requirements you must be able to fulfil.

Send us your application documents via e-mail or post, preferably, one year prior to when you would like to start your training at BAG. Your application documents must include a cover letter, where you briefly outline the selection of the profession you are interested in, a CV and the two most recent school reports. If you have any internship certificates and/or language or computer certificates to show, please include those.
