The warranty is extended to 5-years by registering the concerned lighting system at BAG electronics. Please find a corresponding registration form on our website. It should be returned to BAG electronics within 30 days of commissioning the installation.
The warranty period commences with the initial operation of the corresponding lighting installation but not later than three months after the delivery date of our components.
The proven reliability and long service life of its products allow BAG electronics to extend their warranty period to 5 years.
For the following premium products you can extend the warranty to 5 years:
Both, the 3- and the 5-years warranty only refer to defects that evidently are to be justified by the manufacturer, showing faulty material or workmanship. Excluded are defects caused by operating conditions outside the admitted specifications, by deficient mounting as well as by natural wear in normal use – according to the reliability terms of the product. It is assumed that lamps and components used conform to the IEC standards.
BAG electronics reserves the right to admit a warrantable claim. The decision is taken after having analysed the faulty appliances which for this purpose have to be returned together with the fulfilled return sheet to BAG electronics.

In the case of a justified notice of defect BAG electronics has the right to opt for repair free of charge, replacement free of charge or a credit note as a compensation for the faulty components.
Legal rights are not affected and are independent of the warranty.
